Another cake order...

This weekend I had two cake orders, one for our secretary, whose boyfriend was turning 24 this weekend, and one for another lady from our office who wanted a cake for her family Thanksgiving dinner.

The Thanksgiving cake was marble inside, with buttercream icing. The leaves are of fondant, and the writing and orange and yellow flowers are made of royal icing. I had meant to do a bit of a fancier job, but due to the power outage, the cake was a bit rushed.

All in all, $80 in cake sales this weekend wasn't too bad!
