Tip of the day...

If you're going out in a boat, and taking spare fuel in a jerry can... make sure that you have the spout that would be used to transfer the fuel from the jerry can to the boat's fuel tank.

Tip#2- Use a cardboard box as a funnel, to get enough fuel in the tank to drive the boat to shore, where you can then borrow a spout from a jerry can sitting beside some random cabin on the shoreline.
