The Arctic Garden Grows...

Our garden was growing beyond the extent of the windowsill, as the tomato and pepper plants grow ever larger. In a place where there is little to no furniture available, especially at reasonable price, we took matters into our own hands and created our own window-side table. With a few pieces of driftwood, a scrap piece of wood, and some nails the project was complete.

Now the table is covered in treasures from the beach including interesting rocks, sea glass, a whale vertebrae, some driftwood and bark. Unfortunately, I think this is as large as our garden can get... which is sad, because there are a few more things I'd like to plant.

We've had our first harvest of cilantro, basil and chives, and have yet to see any tomatoes or peppers starting on the larger plants.
